5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A. Purchase online

A.1. Return

Return only on regular priced items, returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, in the original packaging, with the original sales receipt, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the ordered.

Final sale for sale items, cosmetics and underwear.

The initial delivery costs, customs duties and brokerage fees if applicable, as well as the transport costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs as well as those for the return of the goods, customs duties and brokerage fees if applicable, will not be reimbursed.

We are not responsible for items lost or sent to the wrong address.

We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does not comply with our policies.

A.2. Repayment

Refunds only on regular priced items, returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, in the original packaging with the original sales receipt, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of order .

The return is at the customer's expense, the item must be returned in the original packaging. The original shipping costs as well as those for the return of the goods, customs duties and brokerage fees, if applicable, will not be reimbursed.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Online purchases cannot be returned or refunded in store.

We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not comply with our policies.

A.3. Reversal of payment.

If you have chosen in-store pick-up, you have 14 working days to pick it up, otherwise the payment will be reversed. Unless the customer is notifying a team member of the delay in picking up the order.

A.4. Additional Information

Each process (order, payment, delivery, return (if applicable) and refund (if applicable) will be handled separately. There is no exchange, the customer must order the replacement product that he wishes to acquire.

B. In-store purchases

B.1. Exchange

Exchange only, only on regular priced items, returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, upon presentation of the original sales receipt, within ten (10) days of the date of purchase.
No exchange for sale items, cosmetics and underwear.
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if it does not comply with our policies.

B.2. Repayment

No refunds at any time.
