1. PROCESSING TIME

The processing time for an order varies from 2 to 5 working days.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

• Canada:5-10 business days
• North America:10-15 business days
• Europe:xx working days/not available at the moment

I will do my best to ensure that these time estimates are accurate, but cannot guarantee them. The delivery time also depends on the delivery method you choose.

2.1 FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA

• On certain small and light items that may be sent in letter size. (Some exceptions apply)
• If the item qualifies for free shipping, you will see $0 in the carrier at checkout.

2.1.1 FREE DELIVERY - ONE-TIME EVENT ANNOUNCED ON FACEBOOK

• Applicable for a specific time.
• Not applicable if you do not meet the conditions stipulated in the announcement on facebook.

2.2 FREE PICK UP IN STORE

• Your order can be picked up in store 24 hours after placing it with a confirmed appointment.
• To confirm the appointment, write to boutiquetahdah@gmail.com
• You have a period of 7 working days to pick up the order, otherwise we will reimburse you without notice.

3. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.

The object becomes the buyer's property upon receipt. Taxes will be applied depending on the location of the reception.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

GST/HST/QST will be charged to residents of Canada depending on the province of delivery.
